Tirmay was founded by Riya Dutta, an operations and delivery leader with 19+ years of experience across consulting, analytics, technology and global client engagements, including 11 years at Genpact and 8 years at Fractal.
After building and leading large, multidisciplinary delivery organizations, Riya recognized a recurring challenge:
